Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure – 20% Cancellation Fee

• Cancellation or No Show on day of tour - 100% Non-refundable

• Guests wishing to transfer their tour booking, prior to the day of departure can do so free of charge.

• Tour itineraries are subject to change at the discretion of Australian Nature Guides in the interest of client and staff safety, health and comfort.

• Australian Nature Guides reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, Australian Nature Guides will give as much notice as possible and tours will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

• Please note that all tours have minimum guest numbers, or minimum cost requirements and may be cancelled/transferred depending on the number of guests participating.
